WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT NEEDED TO GET RESULTS FROM THE PROGRAM?
You can begin to see results after focusing 2-3 hours a week on the program and implementation. The best results for business development come from dedicating 10-15% of your time to an activity that attracts new customers.
HOW LONG DO YOU RECOMMEND THAT I STAY IN THE PROGRAM?
We ask for a 3-month commitment at signup to make sure that you are able to make the most out of our program and achieve the best results possible. You may continue on a month-to-month in the program after your initial 3 months, and there are bonuses that are granted to you after achieving quarterly milestones in the program.
HOW MUCH 1:1 COACHING TIME DO I GET WITH JEFF OR OTHER EXPERTS IN THE PROGRAM?
We offer two options:
The first option is to join the Profit Pipeline Accelerator Program where you get 3 calls with an accountability coach. After the initial 3-month period, Jeff will invite you to a call to create a roadmap for your business, followed by quarterly update calls (months 4, 7, 10, and so forth as long as you stay on). Each call is scheduled to last 60 minutes.
The second option is to get 1-on-1 Coaching and mentorship directly with me (Jeff Sauer). This option includes everything you get in the Profit Pipeline Accelerator Program, plus we will have a one-on-one 60-minute coaching call every month.
WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE AND FORMAT LOOK LIKE? LIVE WORKSHOPS, SELF-PACED VIDEOS, GROUP CALLS, ETC.?
You will receive the following:
1) Monthly calls with an accountability coach (or directly with me, if you choose option 2 as described above). You’ll never have to wonder whether you are taking the right steps at the right time.
2) Profit Pipeline self-paced video modules with resources, documents, and templates that support you through your journey.
3) Weekly masterminds covering the five profit pillars and more. Each session is hosted by a Profit Pillars coach and includes your fellow Profit Pillars members (live virtual group meetings), where you can share wins, challenges, and exchange firsthand feedback on what’s working in the marketplace today.

One-on-one coaching with Jeff is designed for businesses doing $30k or more a month in revenue.
HOW FAST CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS FROM IMPLEMENTING WHAT I LEARN IN THE PROGRAM?
You can start seeing better results within 1-3 months provided that you show a commitment to applying our recommendations from our coaching calls and prospecting plan feedback.
In fact, it’s actually quite common to get at least 1 new deal within the first month or two of signing up for our program.
Those who stay on longer than 3 months will see their initial results compound into larger-scale transformations, taking bigger steps towards their goals.
IS THERE AN OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN AN ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP WITH OTHER MEMBERS?
Yes, we have a weekly mastermind group with other Profit Pillars members. These weekly masterminds are a great opportunity to get outside feedback on your business from those who are implementing the same systems as you.

WILL I GET HELP CRAFTING MY PROSPECTING PLAN OR DO I NEED TO FIGURE THAT OUT MYSELF?
Yes, we will help you create your prospecting plan.
While you will have some autonomy to develop your prospecting strategy based on your own research and your in-depth knowledge of your industry, we will provide you with feedback on your plan to help you make it even more effective.
IS PAYMENT UPFRONT OR MONTHLY? WHAT OPTIONS EXIST?
Payments are monthly. You have two options:
1) The Profit Pipeline Accelerator Program with an accountability coach, and
2) 1-on-1 Coaching and mentorship with Jeff Sauer (if you want more access to me via monthly calls). This also includes everything in Option 1.
